www.tricaequity.com(“Website”), web interfaces, mobile applications, APIs, documentation, servers and all other intellectual property, software and infrastructure (collectively referred to as the “Platform”) is owned, registered and operated by CapitalGrid Technologies Pvt Ltd, a company, incorporated in India (herein referred to as “We” or “Us” or “Trica Equity” or “Company” or “Our” which expression shall mean and include its affiliates).
These GDPR terms (“Terms and Conditions”), which include and hereby incorporate the privacy policy at https://www.tricaequity.com/privacy (“Privacy Policy”) and our terms of use available at https://www.tricaequity.com/terms (“Terms of Use”) are a legal agreement between Trica Equity and you ("You" or “Your” or “User” or “Customer”).
Trica Equity ensures conformance to global regulations and industry practices in order to maintain privacy and security of its customer’s data. All our products provide GDPR-ready capabilities to help our customers meet their compliance obligations. Trica Equity extends these capabilities not only to customers in the EU, but to all our visitors worldwide.

- Definitions
- Data Controller shall mean a person who decides why and how personal data will be processed and implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure processing is performed in accordance with GDPR. For the avoidance of doubt Trica Equity or Company is a Data Controller.
- Data Processor shall mean a third party that processes personal data on behalf of a data controller. For the avoidance of doubt Trica Equity’s third-party partner (AWS cloud database) is a Data Processor.
- GDPR shall mean EU (European Union) General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 approved by the EU Parliament in April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the Processing of User data and on the free movement of such data.
- Individual User shall mean identified or identifiable natural person; For the avoidance of doubt, an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person
- Individual User Data shall mean content that is transmitted, uploaded or stored on the hosted infrastructure by an Individual User in connection with the use of the services including but not limited to employee stock option policy, board and shareholders’ resolutions, grant letters, acceptance letters, nomination forms, shareholding details, and other information related to User. For the avoidance of doubt, Individual User Data shall form part of confidential information provided by the Individual User for availing Platform services.
- Corporate User shall mean any corporate entities or their subsidiaries, companies except one person company where identification of natural person is allowed.
- Corporate User Data shall mean content that is transmitted, uploaded or stored on the hosted infrastructure by the corporate entities or Corporate User in connection with the use of the services including but not limited to employee stock option policy, board and shareholders’ resolutions, grant letters, acceptance letters, nomination forms, shareholding details, and other information related to Corporate User. For the avoidance of doubt, Corporate User Data shall form part of confidential information provided by the Corporate Users or corporate entities for availing Platform services.
- Data Protection
Control over one’s personal data is a fundamental right of every individual. With organizations across the world collecting User’s data to enable them to provide services, it becomes important that companies manage data in a transparent manner with the User’s consent.
Trica Equity ensures the protection of User data and handles it as confidential information in compliance with the statutory data protection regulations like GDPR and these Terms and Conditions.
- We run and adhere by the GDPR guided principles provided below:
- Lawful, fair and transparent processing: Trica Equity emphasizes transparency for all Users i.e., when data is collected by Us, We are clear as to why data is being collected and what it will be used for. - Purpose limitation: Trica Equity collects data, only for the specific purpose of record keeping and data management. That is, data collected for specific purposes/reasons by Us is not further processed in a manner that is incompatible.
- Data minimization: Trica Equity ensures that the data captured is adequate, relevant and limited.
- Accurate and up-to-date processing: Trica Equity ensures that the information remains accurate, valid and fit for purpose.
- Limitation of storage in a form that permits identification: Trica Equity ensures its control over storage and movement of data within the organization.
- Confidential and secure: Trica Equity takes the responsibility for implementing appropriate security measures to protect Your data.
- Accountability and liability: Trica Equity ensures to demonstrate adoption of necessary steps to protect Your data and comply within the GDPR strategy.
- Rights of User under EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

If You wish to exercise any of the following rights in relation to Your Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as a “Request”), Trica Equity would like to make sure You are fully aware of all Your data protection rights.
Please note that in case of Individual User or Corporate User, Trica Equity assumes that You comply with our detailed Terms of Use. Also, the user data provided by You is duly authorised, correct and authentic.
Every User is entitled to the following rights:
Right to update: An Individual User or Corporate User have theright to update or correct their Individual User Data or Corporate User Data respectively, that is provided by such User for availing Trica Equity’s Platform services on a written Request. Where an Individual User wishes to update information provided by a Corporate User regarding such Individual User or vice versa, a written Request shall be provided and Trica Equity shall communicate such Request to the other party.
Right to access: An Individual User or Corporate User have the right to access their respective User data provided by such Corporate or Individual User, for availing Trica Equity’s Platform services on a written request.
Right to rectification: An Individual User or Corporate User have the right to Request to Trica Equity for any correction or completion of any Individual User Data or Corporate User Data respectively, that is provided by such Users for availing Our Platform services on a written Request. Where an Individual User wishes to update information provided by a Corporate User regarding such Individual User or vice versa, Trica Equity shall facilitate the resolution of the discrepancy by communicating the Request to the User providing such information.
Right to erasure: Subject to Trica Equity’s Data Retention and Termination Policies explained in Our detailed Terms of Use, Individual User have the right to Request for erasure/deletion of their Individual User Data provided by such Individual User under certain conditions and on a written request.
Erasure requests will not be applicable for information visible to third party users, if the User still wants to exercise this right then User’s access rights to Our Platform will be affected.
Right to restrict or object processing: An Individual User have the right to Request to Trica Equity for restricting the processing or browser tracking of Individual User Data provided by such an Individual User, under certain conditions and on a written Request.
Right to data portability: An Individual User have the right to Request to Trica Equity for transferring of Individual User Data provided by such User that We have collected to another organization, or directly to User, under certain conditions and on a written Request.
If You would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact Us at Our email: support@trica.co. You make a Request, We have one month to respond to You. Also note, We may not be able to provide Platform service without some necessary data.
- Data Retention at the time of deactivation of account and death of User
Also, the information collected by Us shall not be retained for longer than is required after the deactivation of the account except to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce agreements.
When You decide to stop using Our Services, or in case of death of a User, Your legal nominee after confirming so with Trica Equity and providing with us the death certificate and account holder/ Individual or Corporate User details may request Us, in writing, to either delete or return all Individual User Data or Corporate User Data respectively, that such User provided with Us, whereupon We shall comply with such written instructions.
Along with that, You must also destroy or return all such confidential information received by You from the Platform at the time of termination or deactivation of the account.
- General
Any notice to be given in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be delivered via email to Trica Equity at support@trica.co or to You at the email address provided by You in Your profile. You consent to the use of electronic communications in order to the electronic delivery of notices in relation to any matter under these Terms and Conditions.
